1/2 pear

1/2 apple

handful spinach

handful parsley

1 stalk celery w. leaves

1/2 cucumber

pinky size piece of ginger

I just finished it, its honestly not as good as the raves i read on the internet but i can def stand it, as for some other juices i cannot. It’s really not too bad, it has a really fresh clean taste and the ginger makes it better. Now i gotta see how long i can go until i get hungry, today is kind of a test run day. See how often i get hungry and when its better to eat my meal and whatnot.

So…

I said I was coming back a few weeks ago all gung-ho with my juice fast…lol that was a FAIL. So now I’m gunna come back again, i deleted that last post cause it was a big fib. But tomorrow I am for real coming back, the plan this time is to juice for 2 meals a day and then eat a meal in the middle of the day, or really anytime that works out for me. Completely juice fasting is not for me….yet. I am gunna do this for a week, see how much I lose and see how I’m feeling then kinda go from there. Lately I’ve been feeling like shit, eating way too much…I think I’ve gained 5 pounds since my last diet. Tomorrow morning I need to weigh, measure and take pictures of myself cause I didnt measure last time and regretted it. I wanna see the changes on the tape measure. Ill prob take some pics here and there and def keep this updated. Idk how else to keep motivated, obviously when I start seeing results it will be easier. I bought a jump rope for some light exercising, im not doin any crazy cardio since Im barely eating anything, soo thats gunna have to do. See you TOMORROW :)

Weigh-in day!

I lost another 3.6lbs this week and omg I am so happy :) this is the lowest I have ever been (from what I remember). When you’re losing weight you’ve already lost before and gained back it’s nice but not as encouraging as losing weight and seeing numbers on the scale you haven’t seen ever. So from here on out it’s going to be a lot more motivating…..I’m just about to leave for work, I hope everyone has a good day!

I didn’t take a picture of breakfast today, I just had cottage cheese and that was 100 calories. My first day back at work was today and it went good. Here was my lunch, yes that is my sons batman plate lol this was 210 calories. I got like 4 hours of sleep last night so I have a headache from hell and I’m exhausted. So I’ll be going to bed super early tonight thank god. Idk what I’m gunna have for dinner, probably something super simple. I’m not gunna exercise on the kinect today, I got some good walking in, I’m just too tired for anything more. But tomorrow is weigh in day, I hope I lost weight :/

Watching The Biggest Loser Premiere!

Back on track today, I finished the Xenadrine and I haven’t been getting headaches from a lack of caffeine so that is a plus. But I am back to a couple cups of coffee a day which I am loving lol aunt flow has come for a visit, no wonder I ate so much lastnight lol I ended up counting all the extra calories I ate and I was still under the amount I am supposed to eat in a day (yay) I just did my workout on the kinect, glad that’s over with lol now I need to eat dinner. No meal pics today, I’m just not in the mood lol

I’ve probably eaten over my recommended amount today, surprising because I rarely even go over 700 calories lol it’s been nothing terribly unhealthy, I had a slice of cheese and I usually don’t eat any kind of cheese besides cottage. And then wheat thins, don’t ever eat those either. I made the black bean brownies today, and they are sooo delish. I’d guess almost 100 calories per brownie, depending on how big you make it lol but overall today was a big fail. Getting back on track tomorrow.

Dinner was the last bit of the black bean and sausage soup I made, I added some green beans to it, and I had a serving of low sodium V8 tomato juice. 209 calories. For the whole day I had 690 calories, and I worked out an hour on the kinect.
