I found this recipe somewhere on the internet…
1/2 pear
1/2 apple
handful spinach
handful parsley
1 stalk celery w. leaves
1/2 cucumber
pinky size piece of ginger
I just finished it, its honestly not as good as the raves i read on the internet but i can def stand it, as for some other juices i cannot. It’s really not too bad, it has a really fresh clean taste and the ginger makes it better. Now i gotta see how long i can go until i get hungry, today is kind of a test run day. See how often i get hungry and when its better to eat my meal and whatnot.
